Big chewy malt profile from the judicious use of New Zealand Melanoidin and British Crystal malts – caramel and a hint of chocolate on the back palate. Hopped with Australian Ella and American Chinook hops giving this brew an aroma and character of citrus, tropical fruits and cracked pepper. Perfect with hearty meals and bar snacks.
