Description: This is 3rd and last red grape Cut we made in 2017, and it might have the most balanced grape notes along with the Oak Theory rustic funk. We've only ever used Baco Noir (closely related to a famous Cognac grape) in a collaboration we did with Mr. B's in Denver. We're excited to debut this variety to our members for our 4 year anniversary celebration!
