Description: Offertory is a barrel fermented, mixed culture beer blended from different Saison and oak stock. It was transferred out of its primary barrels, into barrels that previously held the pomace from Sacrament Syrah and Malbec. The beer had a 24 hour contact time with the grape skins and lees, where it was then racked off the pomace. Conditioned with a characterful wine yeast.
