Description: The city of Laval takes its name François de Montmorency -Laval, or Monseigneur de Laval , the first bishop of Quebec and founder of the Quebec Seminary. He fought against the sale of alcohol to Native Americans claiming that it was being used to strip them of their property. In his honor, we have created this Golden Ale, made from barley, malt and wheat and flavored withMosaic hop . This is a highly fremented beer that has a balanced bitterness and hoppy finish.
