Description: Nothin' But Net was designed and brewed during March madness with our former cellarman Erik Salmi, now at Bad Habit Brewing in Minnesota. Together, we messed around 'n brewed a triple double, freaking hopheads every way with a duo of American Mosaic and Azacca hops in the kettle and a trifecta of Southern Hemisphere Galaxy, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop. The result? A beer with serious hops, assisted by a grist base of Golden Promise, malted oats, and flaked wheat. Bursting with hop character baseline to baseline, Nothin' But Net is smooth in transition, finishing with the soft touch of a pure shooter.
