Description: Voyages is a blend of sour blond ales that aged in a mix of red and white wine barrels for 18 months. Following oak barrel maturation and blending, this beer was further steeped in fruit (80% strawberries/ 20% cherries) at a rate of four pounds per gallon. To round out the fruit intensity, we dosed Voyages with fresh vanilla to finish. This is a beautiful barrel-aged fruited sour!
