Description: Viet Nom Nom Nom is a Vietnamese Iced Coffee inspired Imperial Milk Porter originally brewed with our friends from Vermont, Upper Pass. To recreate this delicious coffee treat we started with a base of rich dark malts, added a healthy dose of sweet Lactose, and finally conditioned it on Dark Roast Vietnamese Coffee from @firstbranchcoffee, fluffy Vanilla, and a generous amount of fresh Cacao Nibs. This beer has a creamy mouthfeel with notes of melted Hershey’s chocolate bars, sweet condensed milk, and light espresso.
