Brewed in the style of a Flanders Red Ale this sour ale began its life in steel, then rested in the Brunello Foeder for 6 months before being transferred to bourbon barrels where it was laid to rest for over 1 year. We finished it back in steel on fresh, juiced pineapple and flaked coconut.
