Description: Biere de Garde aged in a Rum Barrel. Bottle Date: 05/07/20 We found some amazing rum barrels recently and aged a few different beers in them. This first release from this project is Biere de Garde that aged for a year in Neutral French oak wine barrels before heading into the rum barrel for about 3 months. The fruity rum character pairs perfectly with the fruit esters that we always find in Biere de Garde. Two barrel blend.
