Description: Our original flagship beer. Our IPA is a classic American take on the original IPA’s from Burton-upon-Trent. Built on a base of Golden Promise malt and just a touch of Crystal malt. We then layer in the classic American C-hops: Columbus, Centennial & Cascade. Blending new & old world together to create an IPA our Fathers would be proud of. Light biscuit & toffee from the malts meld well with the citrus pith, evergreen & orange from the hops. Solid bitterness overpowers the touch of malt sweetness and finishes dry.
