Back To the Old School - Cut 2: Vintage American Lager | ILL STYLEZ Brewing
ABV: 5.1%
IBU: 27
Style: Lager - North American Adjunct
Actively Produced
Description: Once upon a time, lagers in America were not low calorie and weren't afraid to have a little hop bite to them. In many ways, they were made to mimic the recipes that central European brewers brought with them, while using ingredients that were more widely available in America at the time. It was such killer adaptive brewing that kept Americans suitably buzzed up until SOME JERKS had to go an ruin it with Prohibition. Here is our version featuring a mostly malt base, with a touch of corn, and a moderate amount of floral Noble type hops. Drink it!
