Description: Astraia is our märzen brewed using a traditional double decoction mash. It is brewed using plenty of Munich malt and hopped with German Spalt. After the boil it rests in our copper cools hip for one hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Astraia undergoes a cool open fermentation using a traditional lager yeast. It is cellared for several months prior to release.
