Description: For this iteration of Coffee Shop Vibes, we finally got to do something that we have been wanting to do for quite some time - explore the summer varietals available to us through Scott at Sump. We have historically brewed and blended Coffee Shop Vibes in the cooler months, leading to a consistent and similar lineup of coffees for us to cup. By reintroducing this beer this summer, we could cup a whole new plethora of coffees and also showcase this bean in two forms - straight up in Coffee Shop Vibes and also enhanced in Morning Vibes. We chose La Virgen Colombian after cupping almost everything that Scott had available at the time.
