Description: What to do with your Starward Barrel after having aged coffee beans in it?? Throw some stout in afterwards to pull out the rest of that wood and whisky! This barrel originally held Sherry (called Apera in Australia), then sat with whisky from Starward for a few years...and then we chucked coffee in there prior to this stout. All of these layers add an increased complexity to our aged Export Stout.
