Description: We started life as a brewpub, The Wharf Rat, later The Pratt Street Ale House, in January 1993 brewing on a 7bbl Peter Austin system. We moved to our production location on Shannon Drive in 2015 and now brew on a 20bbl 4 vessel Craftwerk system.
