Description: Brewer's Notes: A more distant member of the IGOR clan, Señor IGOR is brewed with organic blue agave nectar, cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa nibs, and four different kind of chili peppers (Ancho, Chipotle, Pasilla, and Guajillo). In addition to these ingredients it was aged in tequila barrels instead of bourbon barrels. Combined this beer has many of the same flavors of the other two but with the addition of a deep rich earthiness from the spices and chili peppers and a fantastic tequila twang.
