Description: This is our first ever anniversary beer. It more rightfully is our first beer of gratitude to you. It's been an incredible year for all of us and we - sincerely - could not have done it without all the help along the way. Thank you. We brewed this Belgian style beer with a North American touch: we upped the bitterness a hair to help with the balance and finish and dry-hopped with one of our favourite aroma hops - Amarillo. This is a dry, effervescent pale ale with some ester-y fruitiness from both the Duvel yeast, which did the grunt work and the French Saison yeast which finished it.
