Description: We have teamed up with our friends at CR/AK Brewery in Campodarsego, Italy for a new mixed fermentation beer aged in oak. This is a pale beer brewed with wheat and fermented with a classic wit yeast strain from Belgium. We then aged this beer with our house culture in white wine barrels for one year. Fresh citrus was was added during the blending process, resulting in a tangy and crisp beer that is perfect for sharing. Enjoy this beer before and after several trips to the sauna!
