St Stefanus Blanche has secondary refermentation, so continues to mature in the bottle, which means you can choose how they want their beer to taste. At 3 months the flavour is fresh and lightly spicy, while at 18 months the flavour becomes deeper and more complex. Our Blanche is brewed using coriander and orange peel which imparts a delicate spicy and citrusy aroma.
