Description: A mixed fermentation farmhouse sour ale aged in oak (bourbon) barrels with Dark Cherries & Blackberries. Delicious dark fruit dominates the flavour backed by an assertive tartness. We added in a small helping of vanilla beans, which lends a silky, lush finish. Aged in bourbon barrels, but only subtly detectable as the beer warms. Bright, light funk, complex and well balanced.
