Description: NectoCooler is a reimagining of a beer that we brewed at our #BrewCafé some years ago... a Tart Citrus & Peach IPA brewed with fluffy malted oats and raw white wheat. Dosed with nutrient-dense Spirulina algae, and lightly acidified with bright and snappy lemon purée. Conditioned atop gobs and gobs of tangerine and peach and then dry hopped intensely with beautiful and pungent hand selected Citra and Simcoe. A real blast from the past my man! Notes of dense unripe peach, childhood memories, green grass, powdered lemon peel, kalamansi pulp, tangerine haze, and matcha.
