Description: Première is not usually the most complex or funky base beer that we produce, though it is delicious. We love it for the vibrant fruit character from our native yeast and bacteria that it develops after leaving our coolship and fermenting for nearly a year in oak. This makes it a fantastic canvas to work with actual fruit on as well. That beautiful wild yeast character is melded with the fruit selection, and this marriage of the two produces something uniquely different than each of the components on their own.
