Description: GOOD GIRL PEARL is the latest in our series of high ABV + high hopping rate triple IPA’s. We brewed this one with @wanderingtortoise16 & their mini golden doodle Pearl for their 2 year anniversary! Congrats friends, this ones for you. Brewed with Pils & Pale malt, @grainrandd malted Sonoran white wheat, flaked white wheat and flaked oats. Hopped delicately in the whirlpool with Citra cryo, Loral cryo, and Amarillo. Then dry hopped towards the end of fermentation with Nelson, Citra cryo, Cashmere, Cascade, Loral cryo, and Amarillo at a rate of 6lb/bbl. Fermented with our house British ale yeast.
