Description: This imperial stout spent its first 17 months in Barbados rum barrels, before being finished in Henry McKenna 10yr old bourbon barrels for an additional 9 months. We then treated the beer with raw coconut chips, desiccated coconut, toasted coconut, Peruvian cacao nibs, and single estate Jamaican Blue Mountian coffee.
