Description: Mixed-Culture Ale Fermented with NC Sweet Cherries. Blending together mixed-culture barrel stock onto North Carolina sweet cherries, this heavily fruited offering is unique and rare as cherries typically have a rough time prospering in the NC climate. Boasting a deep beautiful dark red color, this cherry wild ale is quite a bit different from previous cherry beers we have made. Restrained acidity in the mixed-culture base along with a sweeter cherry creates a perfect storm of sweet/tart cherry jam in a glass.
