Our Curiosity series affords us the opportunity to experiment outside the box, with small discoveries being imparted into our core beers to make them better and better over time. For Fifty Eight, we took a close look at, and experimented heavily with, our fermentation and kettle hopping processes to coax a uniquely fruity flavor profile out of a blend of our favorite American hops. The body here is very dense, but never weighs down the palate… a beautiful base to carry a complex assortment of juicy fruit gum, honeydew melon, and jackfruit flavors.
