Description: Several years ago, a group of homebrewers got together to taste, discuss and brew. It became a core group of individuals who met often to exchange ideas and taste different trends and styles of beer. Many discussions focused on sour beer and brewing techniques. The group began making beers and aging them in oak wine barrels, adding their own house sour cultures and favorite hand-collected yeast strains. After several years, and in collaboration with Urban Artifact and large additions of real fruit, the Tapestry is complete. Aged in first-use red wine barrels, with passionfruit and peach added.
