Description: For this rendition of EC we tinkered with our dry hop timing variables in an effort to coax more oily and fruity characteristics from the dry hop charge. We've noticed a marked increase in hop flavor saturation as well as a significant increase in juice aromatics. In addition to these improvements we also were happy to find a strong increase in permahaze which is the opaque appearance in this style beer. Not only is the color enjoyable to witness upon pouring but it comes alongside a creamier and more silky mouthfeel. On both the flavor and sniffs we get a creamy candy orange backbone with strong melon and floral notes. On the finish we find an assortment of residual tropical fruit flavors that ride out into a soft wheat finish. ??
