Description: VAST: Four is a barrel-fermented Mixed Fermie™ fruited heavily with pineapple, pink guava, and passionfruit. Sour warheads, extremely tropical, with a complex backbone provided by our house culture and oak aging. VAST is a series of blended wild ales re-fermented on different fruits. Each VAST is likely to be a special one off beer because we hand-select and blend beers that we think create something special and full of character that will also match a heavy fruit addition.
