Description: It’s clear that we love to experiment with hops. We have a new variety that we were lucky to get our hands on. Southern Passion is a hop grown in South Africa and is extremely limited to get a hold of, so when we found some, we got as much as we could. We paired it with one of our favorite hops, citra. The blend of these two hops illuminate aromas and flavors of lime, guava, pine, and undertones of unripe pineapple. We’re glad we got some to try out and hope you enjoy.
