Description: Banana Phone is a new 13.5% Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our good friends Randy at Burnish Beer Co. We set out to brew a Bananas Foster inspired thick Imperial Stout with as big of a mouthfeel we could achieve. We brewed this beer with over 50 pounds of Nilla Wafers in the mash and a heavy dose of lactose. We then conditioned this beer on an additional 200 pounds of Nilla Wafers and over 500 pounds of banana. We added vanilla for sweetness as well.
