Description: This single batch of Medianoche started its journey in a freshly-emptied 8-year bourbon barrel, where it aged for 11 months. After the first round of barrel aging, we racked it directly into a freshly-emptied 15-year bourbon barrel for another 10 months. After 21 months of barrel aging, we finished the beer on obscene amounts of Reese's® peanut butter cups and peanut flour.
