Description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Logsdon Farmhouse Ales, we each took half of the batch of this ale that was spontaniously inoculated in their koelschip. Our portion wad aged in french oak and refermented on Syrah grapes from the Applegate AVA. Tart, funky, smokey and fruit forward, this beer exhibits distinctive notes of Logsdon terrior. 70 cases made.
