Description: Our Leaves of Grass beers are produced on our 5 hectoliter pilot system, conditioned in wood, and often employ uniquely different processes and ingredients than our regular releases. This particular Farmstead® ale was conceived as an internal collaboration and educational opportunity for our brewing team. It was brewed on January 25, 2019, with organic spelt, organic oats, and hops from our neighbors at Whitefield Hop Yard in East Hardwick, then allowed to age for nearly five months in an oak puncheon.
