Description: Lemon Meringue Pie Sour IPA Loaded with graham crackers, marshmallows, Ugandan vanilla beans, milk sugar and fresh lemon zest- dry hopped with Motueka We combined 3 of our most popular beer styles and blended them into one. DIPA, Imperial sour, and Dessert inspired beers. We threw in bags and bags and bags of graham cracker flour into the mash, before buckets of marshmallows in the kettle. These marshmallows came through way more than we anticipated, which adds a wonderful underlying vanilla creaminess. A heavy dose of freshly peeled lemon zest from our good friend’s backyard adds even more layers of sweet and sour goodness. Lastly, a decent 3lb/bbl dry hop of New Zealand Motueka was added as a final touch.
