Description: We selected several barrels of Flora and aged it atop organic pears, including a selection of dessert pears (Stacey, Summercrisp, Luscious and Nova) as well as Siberian pears—all from Elmore Roots Nursery in nearby Elmore, Vt. Soft, subtle fruit notes and a delicate golden hue marry with Flora’s singular elegance to embody and exemplify the elements from which it was crafted.
