Description: Ozark Highlands Series 2020: Peach Solar - Brewed in January 2019, Peach Solar began as a Golden Ale fermented with Belgian yeast. After primary fermentation, we transferred to fresh Napa Pinot Noir barrels and the beer was pitched with Brettanomyces for a secondary fermentation. 20 months later we transferred to stainless and Peach Solar finished on nearly 50lbs of peaches. The result is a nuanced, delicate and easy drinking beer. Fruit notes from yeast and French Oak swirl with effervescent aromas of peach.
