Hold a Séance and peer into an ethereal world of pleasures lying just on the other side of our psyche, floating on shifting winds, through blurred seasons and between waking and sleeping bends. Séance is a dark, complexly concocted Saison, rich with earthy hues and flavors. A mild tartness begins the journey, and an assertive hop bitterness sweeps the senses through a newly opened door of the mind, where you will soon find subtle hints of ripe fruit, bringing you to a place few dare to roam. Dark and very complex with deep earthy tones in color and flavor and a mild tartness to compliment the assertive noble hop bitterness. This ale truly represents the Farmhouse Origin as a sturdy yet refreshing beer. Subtle hints of ripe fruit in the aroma and flavor are imparted by the Belgian Saison yeast strain. Malts: 2-Row Pale, White Wheat, Victory, Carafa, Flaked Oats, Crystal 80L & Cherry Wood Smoked Hops: Goldings & Hallertaur
