With notes of toffee, caramel, vanilla and earthy hops, this beer is as ambitious as starting a craft brewery in 1995 was. Working from the very beginning allowed us to find out exactly who we are and who we've become over 25 years. We've never been afraid to push the limits of brewing. We've never been timid in our flavor. We've never had to listen to anyone tell us what to do. And because of you, we have stood the test of time. Thank you.
