Description: Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate - Rich Toffee – Old Stock Bourbon We took one of our favorite variants of our Sleepy Bear series and aged it in a blend of Weller and Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrels for 12 – 16 months. Loaded with roasted cacao nibs, vanilla, caramel and flaked Maldon sea salt this beer is what Chocolatiers dream about. This is one hell of a rich decadent dessert beer that is meant to be enjoyed in great company.
