Refermented with Apricot, prior to bottling. Apricot blends with pear, white grape, and other tart, overripe fruit flavors. In summary, this is a very "confucious" beer. The perfect beer for wine drinkers thinking about getting into the craft beer game. We brewed this beer with the philosopher's most important teaching in mind. Respect your elder beer.
