Description: It was March 2021, and Junkyard Brewers were assigned with one task, brew a stout. Somewhere among the hoard of elements out there, lurked several special ingredients that resembled a delectable treat, German Chocolate Cake. Our brewer’s assignment-- find these ingredients and turn them into beer. After scavenging, they found cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, pecans, and vanilla. The team fused these precious adjuncts, creating a rich stout with bold flavors.
