Description: Spring sippers come in all types of pints and flavors, but if your searching for something sweet & delicious with double the trouble and all the flavor; Le Dubb is the answer. With a rich malt sweetness and complex makeup, this Belgian Dubbel boasts notes of chocolate and caramel from the malts and hints of fruity esters including raisins, plums and dried cherries from the classic Belgian yeasts. Since perfection takes time, we decided to age this delicious delicacy in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for over 6 months, adding depth by bringing strong tannins with notes of black currents and woody flavors from the oak itself.
