Description: Barrel Aged Digital Interference - Imperial Stout with Hazelnuts, Coconut, Vanilla 13.3% The richest, most viscous stout we’ve done yet. The decadent body helps carry the intense aromas of coconut and hazelnut across your palate in a wave of flavor. The light bit of roast malt balances out the creamy Tahitian and sweet Madagascar vanilla beans, resulting in a highly enjoyable dessert stout. We started with a double mash, no sparge, long boil, high gravity base, before a long 8 week resting period to allow for the alcohol and roast malt meld together. After this rest, we topped it up with fresh roasted hazelnuts, 2.5lbs per GALLON of flaked and chipped coconut, and a heavy hand of juicy vanilla beans.
