This time intensive barrel aged wild ale was constructed with hand picked barrels from 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2019 vintages. It is offered un-fruited to highlight the full unadulterated scope of what our barrel program and house yeast offer. Slightly sour and dry, with notable barrel characteristics. Flavors of lemon, pear and green apple are present in this supremely complex and well balanced offering. Enjoy now or cellar for years to come.
