Its light color and body doesn’t diminish the complexity of flavor. Notes of buttery chardonnay and crisp champagne-like essences are married beautifully together by the light barley base. Old farmer Polzin might’ve enjoyed this himself, if it weren’t for the brilliant swindling of The Apple Thief.
