Description: After our final releases in 2021, we wanted to revisit Banana Nibs and add some Indonesian Cinnamon. Indonesian Cinnamon tastes like Cinnamon rolls or a "sweet" cinnamon as opposed to some of the other origins. Which allows us to make a more dessert centric beer. The outcome was a wonderful treat of the most tasty liquid banana bread (in my opinion) or Bread pudding (Thomas' opinion).
