Description: Pilsner Dry Hopped with Sterling Can Release 3/23 - $17 The German Reinheitsgebot (German beer law) has been updated several times over the centuries. One of the most recent updates (2012) finally allowed dry hopping! While we brewed this Pilsner with heirloom German Pilsner malt, we dry hopped it with American-grown Sterling. Sterling is a hybrid of German, Czech, and American varieties and inherits herbal-spice from the European parentage to go with citrusy notes.
