Description: In the spring we macerated rhubarb from Eikemaheert, Loppersum, in our saison. In the middle of summer we added strawberries from De Jong - Tolbert to lambic and blended it with the rhubarbsaison. The result is the smell of sweet, warm summer strawberries, and a refreshing sour kick of the rhubarb.
