Description: Imperial Stout Aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 12 months and re-barrel aged in Weller Wheated Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. Post barrel we load this beer with Ghana cacao nibs that we hand roast and vanilla. The end result is a decadent masterpiece that showcases not only the beer but the layers of barrel character. We were so incredibly humbled to take home the gold medal in the adjunct imperial stout category at the 2021 Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beers which is their largest category to compete in!
